Application will be reviewed by leaders on campus, you might be contacted with additional questions if needed. You will receive approval/ denial notification for your event by our team.
Upon Special Event application submission, IUPUI Event and Conference Services will route your application through campus leadership. You will receive an email confirming your Special Event application submission and a separate approval email once your application has been routed through campus leadership. If you do not receive an approval email within 2 weeks from your date of submission please feel free to contact Event and Conference Services at 274-2702 to follow upon the status of your event. For successful planning, we prefer to receive the Special Event application within (4) weeks of your event.
